The Executive Mindset is designed as a tailored executive coaching engagement, typically spanning up to 12 months.

This timeframe allows the work to go beyond short-term reflection and support meaningful change in how you think, decide, influence, and lead within the realities of your role.

The engagement includes 15 one-to-one coaching sessions, usually scheduled every two to three weeks, depending on your context, priorities, and the rhythm most supportive of your development.

This cadence creates the space both for depth in the coaching conversation and for practical application between sessions, so that insights can be translated into visible leadership shifts over time.

The structure is intentional: frequent enough to maintain momentum, spacious enough to allow reflection, experimentation, and integration in real executive conditions.

Where relevant, the engagement may also be complemented by the Master Mental Resilience Package, as an optional addition for leaders or organisations who want to strengthen resilience, mental fitness, and sustained performance alongside the broader executive transition.
